How do I pay for the gardening service?

Our company accepts two payment methods. You can either pay in cash to our gardener when the job is complete or you can pay through a bank transfer but made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an appointment if money is not received.

Where is your company based?

Our company is based in London and we serve all districts.

Can I trust your team?

We assure you that all of our gardeners are true experts. They are insured, bonded and background-checked. For the peace of your mind, they have undergone extensive training programmes, too. They have long-standing experience in this industry and always work hard to meet your requirements.

How many gardeners do you send?

The number of gardeners we send depends on the type and size of the project. We assure you that we will send the appropriate number of technicians to deliver a high-quality gardening service in a timely manner.

Are all of your gardeners trained and qualified?

We can assure you that our company hires passionate and hard-working gardeners only. They are all experienced, trained to high standards and would love to provide you with dependable gardening service.

Do I have to be present during the garden service?

This is entirely up to you. If you prefer, you can be present. However, our gardeners work much more efficiently when not disturbed. As long as they have access to your greenery, they will come and get the job done in no time.
